Simple morning and evening practices to support digestion, sleep, and vitality
How to create a routine that feels nourishing—not rigid or overwhelming
You’ll leave with practical tools you can begin using immediately, tailored to modern life and to your specific body/mind constitution, to help you feel more grounded, energized, and at ease in your body.

Somat - Relax & Restore with Elizabeth
The Somat is a beautiful self-care tool designed to calm the nervous system and relax the spine. Used with breath and prescribed movements, the Somat promotes spinal alignment and relieves deeply-held stress. Working on the Somat promotes release of your neck and back and relaxes your entire body and mind. The spine decompresses, thinking slows down, and you tune in to your body intelligence – the language of sensation.
The Somat method helps you become more responsive to the body’s needs and how you can nourish them. Ingrained fight-or-flight responses shift to relax-and restore. Your nervous system becomes your ally. From this new place it is easier to take action that promotes personal wellness and health.

Yoga for Aging and Injury
Yoga for Aging and Injury
Aging and injury are natural parts of life—and both can impact the way we move through our yoga practice. In this training, you’ll explore practical ways to adapt yoga for yourself and your students as bodies change over time or recover from injury. We’ll cover accessible modifications for common physical limitations, and learn how to use props—such as chairs, the wall, blocks, and more—to create a safe, supportive, and empowering practice. Whether you're working with students or your own body, this training will offer tools to keep yoga sustainable, comfortable, and beneficial for the long haul.
Pelvic Floor & Breath Workshop
Join Kristin Phillips, Yoga Instructor, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Board-Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist for a 2-hour workshop on pelvic health.
The pelvic floor is the group of muscles at the base of the pelvis, and is a real powerhouse of the body. It provides stability and mobility to move, jump, laugh, breathe, and so much more. Pelvic health includes more than just Kegels. Attendees will learn anatomy and physiology, and then move through breathwork and postures to increase awareness of their pelvic floor.
While all people in any phase of life can benefit from learning more about their pelvic floor, this workshop is tailored to those assigned female at birth.
