Basics of Ayurvedic Living: Creating a Daily Routine

  • Zin Yoga and Wine Lounge 104 Rand Mill Road Garner, NC, 27529 United States (map)

Ayurveda teaches that how we live each day shapes our energy, digestion, mood, and resilience.

In this introductory workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of Ayurvedic daily routine (dinacharya) and how small, consistent practices can create profound shifts in balance and well-being.

We’ll explore:

  • The Ayurvedic view of the day and how energy naturally rises and falls

  • Simple morning and evening practices to support digestion, sleep, and vitality

  • How to create a routine that feels nourishing—not rigid or overwhelming

You’ll leave with practical tools you can begin using immediately, tailored to modern life and to your specific body/mind constitution, to help you feel more grounded, energized, and at ease in your body.
