Book Club - First Wednesday of the month

The Zin Book Club has chosen the award-winning novel In the Woods by Tana French as its March selection. The first installment in the Dublin Murder Squad series, In the Woods follows a detective investigating a young girl’s murder in the same forest where his two childhood friends vanished twenty years earlier—an event he cannot remember. This haunting psychological mystery delves into trauma, memory, and the complexities of unreliable narration.

The group will meet on Wednesday, April 8, at 6:30 p.m. in the wine lounge. Join us for an engaging discussion—along with a few laughs and a glass of something tasty.

Book Club

Looking for a book club to join?  Our little group just might be the right fit for you!  The Zin Book Club has chosen Oona Out of Order, a novel by Margarita Montimore, as its February book.

On New Year's Eve 1982, Oona Lockhart has her whole life before her. At the stroke of midnight she will turn nineteen, and the year ahead promises to be one of consequence.  As the countdown to the New Year begins, Oona faints and awakens thirty-two years in the future in her fifty-one-year-old body. Greeted by a friendly stranger in a beautiful house she’s told is her own, Oona learns that with each passing year she will leap to another age at random. And so begins Oona Out of Order...

Join us for our next meeting on Wednesday, March 4th, at 6:30 p.m. in the wine lounge to see what we're about and participate in a lively discussion of this entertaining story.
