Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided and meditative practice designed to help the body and mind ease into a deeply rejuvenative state. The next installment of our Storytellers original songwriter series! We are kicking off springtime with a showcase of super-talented local performers: Janna Badalian (your host for the evening), Lydia Saint George, and Meghan Boyd. Get ready for an evening of intimate listening-room style music appreciation…. These uniquely talented songwriters will take you on a journey outside yourself with their guitar (and keyboard!) melodies and thoughtful lyrics.

Our "listening room" will be in our cozy covered outdoor patio setting! There are walls around 3.5 walls, propane heaters, live plants, and relaxing vibes. Grab a glass of wine or beer (or a non-alcoholic beverage) and some snacks and get ready for a night of original music from local female songwriters of Wake County.
