Explore the Loire Valley — France's garden of terroir. Come sit down with Tyler Morgan of Authentique Vin for an afternoon in the Loire Valley. We'll pour a hand-picked lineup of wines from small, family-run estates, with Tyler sharing the stories and people behind each bottle. A relaxed, welcoming tasting for anyone curious about French wine.
Fall Harvest Wine Dinner with Spread NC
Join us for an intimate Fall Harvest Wine Dinner celebrating the best of the season, paired with exceptional Italian wines. Chef John Upsal of Spread NC brings his signature farm-to-table approach, crafting a multi-course menu built around the freshest local, seasonal ingredients. Each course will be paired with wines selected and poured by Emanuele "Manny" Magnani, owner and importer of Sunrise Wines, known for hand-selecting small vineyards across Italy. A rare chance to taste Manny's exclusive imports alongside Chef John's seasonal cooking — expect rich flavors, great stories, and a true celebration of harvest season.

Enjoy a 4-course meal expertly crafted by Chef John Upsal with NC Spread. Over the night, you will sip your way through five different intentionally paired wines.
At the end, attendees will have the option to pick their favorite wines and build-a-box to receive a special event wine discount!

Michael Tinley of Advintage Distributing will lead us through a tasting of at least four varieties of saké, complemented by specially paired snack options. We will also learn about the origins, production, and customs of saké as we expand our palates with these delicious Japanese beverages.
